直线电机伺服控制系统的功能通讯接口设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了如何利用MCS-51系列单片机来组建直线电机的伺服控制系统的功能通讯接口,研究了如何组建伺服控制系统的硬件电路和编制软件算法.描述了基于MCS-51系列单片机的最小应用系统、按键接口、显示接口,以及参数设置和保存等部分的硬件电路设计,并在此硬件电路基础之上,给出了软件程序设计的基本思想以及各个子部分功能的软件实现.

Abstract:This paper introduces how to set up the function communication interface of the servo control system for linear-motors based on MCS-51 single-chip.How to set up the hardware circuit and software program of the servo system is researched.The design of minimum application system based on MCS-51,keyboard part,display part and the parameter setting and saving part is discussed.The basic idea of software program design and the realization of software program of function of all sub-parts are told to us.
