ZW302型喷水织机织造棉纱的研讨

摘    要:在喷水织机的织造中,一直将棉纱视为不可织造纱线.将夹持器在一次引纬过程中的动作改造为两次开启,在经纱闭口后打纬结束前适量补充纬纱,减少因钢筘向织口运动造成的布边到夹持器之间的纬纱伸长,可解决因棉纱断裂伸长率低于喷水织机适应纱线的要求而无法在喷水织机上织造的问题.并合理分配纬纱自由飞行和约束飞行的时间,将纬纱从自由飞行到飞行停止的过程变为从自由飞行到约束飞行再到飞行停止的过程,减少了引纬侧纬纱的张力,降低了纬向疵点率,提高了开车效率.

Abstract:Cotton yarn is considered as non-weaving in water-jet loom weaving, and elongation at break of cotton is lower than suitable fibers in water-jet loom is the reason of non-weaving in water-jet loom,it can resolve by reforming champer action in filling insertion to two opening, complement weft suitably after warp closing and before beating finish and decrease weft elongation between selvage & champer when metal reed move to cloth-fell. Free flight time and constrained flight time of weft is allocated reasonably, the course of weft from free flight to stoppage is changed to free flight to constrained flight then stoppage. Weft tension in filling insertion is decreased, weft direction defects is reduced, and operation efficiency is enhanced.
