摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备在玻璃上负载纳米La~(3+)-TiO_2薄膜,以罗丹明B水溶液的COD的去除率为指标,研究了各种因素对溶胶胶凝过程及制得纳米La~(3+)-TiO_2薄膜光催化活性的影响,用XRD和IR表征,并时含碱炼油废水进行光催化处理.结果表明,影响因素及最佳量依次是La掺杂量质量分数0.05%、煅烧温度480℃、乙醇的加入量50mL和加水量1..mL,此时罗丹明B的降解率达到91%;当含碱炼油废水中pH=5,负载薄膜2层,光催化时间为3h时处理效果最佳,废水中cOD降解率为77%;所得的La~(3+)-TiO_2薄膜含有Ti-O-Ti结构,为锐钛矿型,平均粒径为11.2nm.

Abstract:The nanometer La doping TiO2 film was prepared on the glass slide by sol-gel method with the removal of rhodamine B as an index. Six factors and their effect were studied, namely,the amount of C2H5OH,the amount of water, calcination temperature, calcination time, water adding ways and lanthanum-doped miscellaneous volume on the sol-gel process.
