四氧化二氮胶体推进剂的研制

摘    要:着重介绍了双组元推进剂中氧化剂四氧化二氮的凝胶化研究,主要围绕胶凝剂的选择以及实验室制备凝胶四氧化二氮的工艺进行了初步探索,结果表明所选胶凝剂添加量小于3%,采用低速混合、高速搅拌的方法可以制备出高粘度凝胶四氧化二氮。

Abstract:As a kind of oxidant in bipropellants,dinitrogen tetroxide as well as its gelling has been introduced.The choosing of gellants and the preparation process of gelled dinitrogen tetroxide was explored primarily.It was indicated that a gelled dinitrogen tetroxide with high viscidity was got successfully while the quantity of chosen gellants added in the propellant was less than 3 percent and the method of combining was with a low speed for mixing and with a high speed for churning.
