摘    要:介绍了基于USB接口的CCD图像高速采集系统,OCD技术快速、准确的无接触测量使其特别适用于工业测量等领域。CCD信号的高速传输对图像采集系统的精度和实时性都是至关重要。在重点描述数据接口设计模块硬件构架思想的基础上,介绍了USB的软件框架。阐述了主机应用程序的诸多特点,给出了最后的开发界面。最后总结了系统的优良特性,指出其推广价值。

Abstract:A high-speed CCD image collecting system based on USB is introduced,which is widely used in industrial non-contact measurement due to its accurate and swift merits.The requirements of accuracy and real-time characteristic are critical to high-speed data transmission of CCD image system.This paper introduces the hardware design of data interface briefly and software design of USB is elaborated in detail.Diverse functions of the application program are illustrated with visual platform interface.It is feasible to anticipate that the system is worthy to be promoted further owing to applicable merits involved.
