金属间化合物的制备方法

摘    要:金属间化合物高温下具有很多优异的性能,如高熔点、高硬度等,本文介绍了金属间化合物的几种制备方法,如机械合金化、自蔓延高温合成、放电等离子烧结、等离子表面重熔法等,总结了各方法的特点以及所存在的问题。

Abstract:Intermetallic compound is being considered as a material for high temperature applications due to the combination of its many excellent properties such as high melting temperature and high temperature strength. Here, several preparation techniques of intermetallic compounds, for example,mechanical alloying,self-propagating high-temperature synthesis and spark plasma sintering are reviewed. The characters and the issues of the preparation techniques are presented.
