| 摘 要： | 论述了热电联产在循环经济中的重要地位及编制城市(或区域)热电联产规划的原则。热电联产规划要求对规划范围内的热源布局应进行多方案优化和比选,提出体现规划的宏观性、预见性、指导性和操控性的最佳推荐方案。装机宜采用单机容量300 MW及以上环保、高效发电机组,建设大型发电、供热两用电站。
