| 摘 要： | 对工程监理 ,以设计为主体的EPC(设计、采购、施工 )总承包和项目管理承包商 (PMC)等三种工程项目管理模式进行了比较。根据西南成品油管道工程项目的特点 ,设计了一套管理模式。该模式有别于传统意义上的业主自主管理 ,也不是单纯的工程监理 ,更不是EPC总承包 ,既具有PMC的基本特点 ,同时又引入监理单位和专业公司。该模式的另一大特色是引入了先进的信息管理系统和第三方物流系统。

| Abstract: | Three engineering management modes (Engineering management, EPC turnkey contracting and PMC) have been compared. A new management mode has been designed in the light of the features of South-West oil product pipeline. This management mode is different from the traditional owner-independent management, it is neither simple engineering management nor EPC turnkey contracting. It has the basic features of PMC, meanwhile the management unit and expert company are introduced. Another important feature of the mode is advanced information management system and the third material flow system are introduced. |
