木质素改性皮革复鞣剂的制备与应用研究

摘    要:木素磺酸先与甲醛、对羟基苯磺酸缩合,再与间苯二酚缩合,得到木素-甲醛-对羟基苯磺酸-间苯二酚结合物(LFR).LFR与适量的甲醇、戊二醛反应生成LFR一戊二醛缩合物(LFRG resin).LFRG与铬(Ⅲ)作用形成络合物复鞣剂一Retannage LG.HN复鞣剂、GA复鞣剂作参比,将Retannage LG复鞣剂用于猪皮正面服装革做对比应用试验.经对比应用试验确定了性能最好的Retannage LG—J复鞣剂的合成条件.木素改性复鞣剂Retannage LG—J的各项基本性能达到了修复鞣剂和戊二醛复鞣剂的水平.

Abstract:Lignin sulfonic acid was first condensated with formaldehyde and p-hydroxyphenolic sulfonic acid and then further condensated with resorcinol to give lignin-formalin- p-hydroxyphenolic sulfonic acid-resorcinol resin(LFR).Third LFR was linked with glutaraldehyde to give LFR- glutaraldehyde resin(LFRG resin). Finally LFRG was reacted with Cr 3+ to form complex Retannage LG. Compared with HN retannage and GA retannage, the series of Retannage LG were used in pigskin grain garment leather application contrast test, the preparation conditions of the best Retannage LG-J was acquired. Results of the applications contrast test verified that the basic performances of Retannage LG-J are as well as HN and GA retannage.
