| 摘 要： | 田庄选煤厂针对浮选量大而浮选药剂耗量高的问题,采用了浮选乳化调浆技术,在不加乳化剂的条件下直接用清水乳化浮选药剂,将乳液就近给入矿浆,即不储存、不缓冲、在线乳化,使得浮选药剂耗量降低20%,取得了显著的经济效益。

| Abstract: | In view of large volume of slime to be treated by flotation and high reagent consumption at Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant, employed was the pulp conditioning by emulsification, in which flotation reagent emulsified directly with water without emulsifier, on-line emulsification applied,i.e. ,the emulsion added directly into the pulp without intermediate buffer storage and,as a consequence,reagent consumption 20% reduced and remarkable economic benefit obtained. |
