| Abstract: | Through a quiescent load and racking load test, the working behavior of Tong Cheng He River Bridge under the test load is analyzed. The strength, stiffness and resistance to crack are tested, and the extraneous pre-stressed strengthening effect upon the bridge is properly assessed. |
