摘    要:哑铃是刮板输送机槽间联接的关键零件,但其设计一直以来停留在凭经验模仿试算阶段,缺乏现代设计手段和理论指导,其设计具有一定的盲目性。在对刮板输送机进行运动学分析的基础上,采用MSC.Nastran和MSC.Fatigue软件进行哑铃结构的研究,探讨哑铃的静态强度和疲劳寿命问题,本课题对阐明哑铃的设计原理有重要意义。

Abstract:The dumbbell pin is the essential components scraper conveyor, but its design has certain blindness, lacks the modern design method and the theory instruction. Based on the kinematic analysis to the scraper conveyer, uses the software MSC. Nastran and MSC.Fatigue to proceed the dumbbell pin structure the research, discusses the simulation question of the strength analysis and the fatigue life analysis. The work has the vital significance to expounded the dumbbell pin principle of design.
