| Abstract: | In this paper,we expound the gist of the process control in thick-layer carburizing for heavy-duty gears which includes the selection of the suitable carburizing temperature,cycle and ratio of the carburizing to diffusing period,the way and the demand of carbon-potential control. The regularity and the control of the distortion in carburizing process are also preliminarily investigated. |
