徐州马庄煤矿煤炭地下气化试验研究

摘    要:在徐州马庄煤矿煤炭地下气化试验过程中,研究了地下气化炉盲孔式电点火工艺,气化通道正、反向火力渗透互换燃烧贯通技术,并对混合小U型炉、双火源燃烧气化工艺方案进行了研究。指出了急倾斜煤层无井式地下气化煤气热值的发展变化规律。试验结果表明,急倾斜无井式地下气化盲孔式电点火工艺,气化通道正,反向火力渗透互换贯通技术是可行的,煤气热值随煤气流量的增加而升高,并趋近于一稳定值,双火源气化工艺可提高气化炉的温度

Abstract:An electric ignition technique for blind hole and a linkage technology by firepower percolation of forward and backward blowing direction in the gasification tunnel are researched in the process of underground coal gasification. And the craft schemes of mixture small U form gasifier, double fire source combustion gasification have been studied. The developmental and variable rules of heat value for coal gas of underground gasification without shaft style in steep coal seam is described. The experiment results indicate that the ignition method about blind hole and the linkage technology for changing blowing direction of the gasification tunnel on underground gasification without shaft style in steep coal seam are feasible. The gasification craft of double fire source can heighten gasification furnace temperature ,speed up a velocity of reduction for CO 2 and decomposition for H 2O (g) , thus it can enhance heat value of coal gas, which increases with rising of coal gas flow and tends towards a stable value.
