Abstract:The catalyst function partition and reaction rule in hydrocracking pretreatment process was investigated,under the conditions of reaction pressure 15.7 MPa,reaction temperature 370℃,LHSV 1.0 h-1,hydrogen/oil volume ratio 800.The rate of hydrodenitrogenation(HDN),hydrodesulfurization(HDS)and aromatics conversion,together with the properties of production oil in different functional reaction zones of catalyst were also studied.The results show that the properties of the oil are continuously improved after passing through each reaction zone,among which the first reaction zone has the greatest contribution.The highest rate of HDN occurs at the first reaction zone,while there is a trend of decreasing in the rate of HDN,increasing in the rate of HDS and aromatics conversion from the second to the fourth reaction zones.Meanwhile,the content of aromatics,cycloalkanes and alkanes keeps decreasing,increasing and almost unchanged,respectively.
