毛细管电泳-电化学发光法检测蔬菜中多抗霉素和丙草胺残留

摘    要:该研究建立了一种可以同时检测蔬菜中多抗霉素和丙草胺的毛细管电泳-电化学发光法。样品由体积分数30%的甲醇提取并经WCX柱富集净化后,样品液加入去离子水稀释后进样,以外标法定量。结果表明,在检测电位1.18 V,检测池中磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)浓度为35 mmol/L、检测池缓冲液pH 8.0和6 mmol/L二氯三联吡啶钌(Ru(bpy)32+)溶液的条件下,两种目标物在0.5~1 000.0 μg/L质量浓度范围内线性良好,检出限为0.01~0.05 μg/L,定量限范围为0.05~0.20 μg/L,加标回收率达到86.5%~103.1%。该方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高、线性范围宽等优点,可满足蔬菜中多抗霉素和丙草胺残留的检测要求。

Abstract:A method for the simultaneous determination of polyoxins and pretilachlor in vegetables was developed by capillary electrophoresis-electrochemiluminescence method.The sample was extracted with 30%methanol,purified by WCX column,diluted with deionized water,injected,and quantitated by external standard method.The results showed that under the condition of detection potential 1.18 V,phosphate buffer solution(PBS)concentration 35 mmol/L,buffer solution pH 8.0 and Ru(bpy)_32+solution concentration 6 mmol/L,the linearity of the two targets was good in the concentration range of 0.5-1000.0μg/L,the detection limit was 0.01-0.05μg/L,the quantitative limit was 0.05-0.20μg/L,and the adding standard recovery rate was 86.5%-103.1%.The method had the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity and wide linear range,which could meet the requirements of the determination of polyoxins and pretilachlor residues in vegetables.
