| 摘 要： | 利用软件工程学的基本方法，建立了分子体系计算软件开发的生存周期模型和用例分析模型，从而使大型分子体系计算软件的开发过程更合理，更高效，计算值与实际值的偏离在总体上也减小到最低程度。

| Abstract: | Life-cycle model and the use-case model of the calculation software development of the molecule system are set up by means of software engineering. The models make the course of the molecule software development more efficient. The difference between the calculated value and actual value can be reduced to the lowest extent. |
