水性光敏树脂的合成及其在纸张涂布中的应用

以环氧树脂、丙烯酸、马来酸酐为原料合成水性光敏树脂,讨论了原料投料比、反应温度、催化剂等因素对合成水性光敏树脂性能的影响;并以滤纸为例,初步研究了水性光敏树脂在低紧度纸张涂布中的应用工艺。结果显示,经过水性光敏树脂涂布后,纸张的物理性能得到了明显改善,并且水性光敏树脂在使用过程中具有快速、环保的特点。

Synthesis of Water-based Photosensitive Resin and its Application in Paper Coating

Effects of raw materials ratio , reaction temperature and the kinds of catalysts on the properties of water-based photosensitive resin which was synthesized with epoxy resin , acrylic acid , malei anhydride as raw materials were investigated. The pure water-based photosensitive resin could be used as a component of coating color. It was found that the physical properties of the coated paper were enhanced significantly when photosensitive resin was used as a component of coating color. The results indicated that the coating process is rapid, effective and environment-friendly when photosensitive resin is used as the component of coating color.
