| 摘 要： | 通过对某钢厂运用电炉→精炼→连铸模式生产高级别管线钢的工艺进行了研究分析,从电炉冶炼、炉外精炼和保护浇注等方面入手,对影响管线钢中夹杂物含量的环节进行控制,工艺优化后,夹杂物得到了有效控制,管线钢夹杂物超标问题得到了解决。

| Abstract: | Based on the study and analysis of high grade pipeline steel production process with EAF,LF/VD and CC in a steelworks,specific control has been done on EAF steelmaking,refining,shroud pouring and inclusion content in the steel.The inclusions have been effectively controlled especially after the process optimization,the problem of inclusion content in the pipeline steel exceeding standard has been resolved. |
