中厚板表面夹渣缺陷分析与研究

摘    要:通过对夹渣缺陷处夹杂物的扫描电镜分析,铸坯皮下夹渣的产生原因是结晶器流场不合理,保护渣随结晶器内钢液流动卷入铸坯所致。通过改进浸入式水口形状、尺寸,优化浸入式水口插入深度,优化结晶器保护渣理化指标等工艺措施,可以有效减少连铸坯夹渣类缺陷。

Abstract:By means of scanning electron microscopy analysis on slag inclusion defect,it is found out that the slag inclusion at subsurface of the strand were caused by improper flow field inside the mould and mould powder was entrapped into strand by flowing liquid steel inside the mould.Slag inclusion type defects of continuous cast slab can be effectively controlled by technological measures such as improvement on the profile and size of submerged nozzle,optimization of immerged depth of submerged nozzle and physical and chemical indexes of the mould powder.
