五轴联动激光淬火路径规划

摘    要:研究了基于五轴多功能激光加工机床激光淬火的工艺特点,提出了用于复杂型面五轴联动激光淬火路径规划的方法,实现了针对于五轴多功能激光加工机床激光淬火的前计算,为使五轴联动激光淬火应用于实践奠定了一定的基础。该方法主要是在考虑了以下3个约束条件的基础上提出的:(1)在淬火的过程中要保证激光光斑相对于工件表面的扫描速度恒定;(2)在激光淬火过程中要保证工件表面激光光斑的大小不变;(3)在进行激光扫描时要使插补时产生的弦误差最小。通过保证这3个约束条件,进而保证工件表面淬火质量。

A 5-Axis Multi-function Laser Machining Tool for Laser Quenching
Abstract:Based on the technique characteristics of laser quenching of a 5-axis multi-function machine tool,a path-planning method for a laser tool in 5-axis laser quenching for laser quenching of complicated surface is put forward.In this method,three main factors are concerned which include:(1) Planning the CC(cut contact) paths on the complicated surface quenched by maintaining laser tool scanning speed constant in the quenching process;(2) Laser tool position and orientation are fixed by making the size of laser spot constant in the quenching process;(3) Diminishing the chordal deviation between the actual value and its approximation by choosing different interpolation methods according to the curvature radii of CC points.This method effectively ensure the part′s quality.
