赫马(Hema)型喷嘴主要结构参数对变形工艺的影响

摘    要:在一定的工艺条件下,运用自行研制的BXSPb型(属Hema型)喷嘴,就各主要结构参数与变形效果的影响因素进行了工艺对比试验与分析,涉及的主要参数包括喷嘴芯子截面积、后锥角、进气小孔间夹角、直孔道轴向距离、进气压力及挡体存在对成纱效果的影响,并对各参数均提供了推荐参考值。

Abstract:Under some processing conditions, by means of BXSPb nozzle(Type Hema),an investigation is reported on-how each variation of main structure parameters of nozzles influencing yarn properties. The parmeters includethe cross-sections of yarn duct and two air inlets, the rear tape yarn duct,the angle between two air in -lets, the length of yarn duct,the use of baffle ball and the air-pressure. The optium data of these parametersare presented in this paper.
