Construction Wastes Recycling is Rising

Due to huge amount of construction and reconstruction projects every year,construction waste would be inevitably produced in hundreds of millions of tons.According to a rough estimation,in China,the amount of construction waste has already accounted for 30%-40% of the total amount of urban waste,and a total amount of 1.56 billion tons of construction waste would be produced every year.During the "Two Sessions" of NPC and CPPCC in 2010,social concern upon construction waste disposal was aroused by an article,which was about an interview with Professor Chen Jialong from Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture.In June of that year,this article was publicized in full text as a brief report by the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee,which was personally instructed by Premier Wen Jiabao.Then two years later,what would be the development status of beneficial reuse of construction waste in China?
