基于C8051F020单片机的帆板控制系统设计

摘    要:帆板控制系统设计,选用美国Cygnal公司推出的C8051F系列单片机C8051F020作为帆板控制核心,采用PID控制算法。C8051F020输出不同占空比的脉冲宽度调制信号(PWM)以得到不同的风扇电机转速,由此改变帆板转动的角度。系统选用MMA7361加速度传感器检测帆板的转角,运行状态由RT12864M显示。本系统能精确控制帆板角度,帆板角度控制精度在1°以内,响应速度快,工作稳定可靠。

Abstract:The design of panel control system selects C8051F series single-chip C8051F020,launched byAmerican Cygnal company,as the core.And it uses PID control algorithm.The C8051F020 output different Duty ratio of the pulse width modulation signal(PWM) to get a different fan motor speed.The system selects MMA7361 acceleration sensor to detect the rotation angle of the sailboard.And he running state is displayed by the RT12864M.Besides,this system,with fast response speed,stable and reliable work,can accurately control the angle of the panel and the control accuracy is less than 1°.
