基于EP2C8Q208C8型FPGA等精度频率测量仪设计

摘    要:设计一种以Altera公司生产的CycloneII系列EP2C8Q208C8器件为核心实现高精度计数功能频率测量仪,本频率测量仪对传统的等精度测量方法进行改进,采用SOPC设计技术对NIOS II软核处理器进行浮点数据运算处理。整个电路采用模块化设计,系统测量精度高,频率测量范围为1Hz--10MHz,并利用液晶显示器对测量的频率进行实时显示,可读性好。

Abstract:This paper presents a frequency meter that using EP2C8Q208C8 devices of CycloneII series produced by Altera Corporation as the core to achieve high-precision counting.This frequency meter,applying SOPC technology to operate floating-point data on NIOS II soft core processor,improves the traditional equal precision measurement.The circuit adopts modular design so the system has a high measurement precision,and the range of measuring frequency is from 1Hz to 10MHz.In addition,the design,with a good readability,has a liquid crystal display to realise real-time display of measured frequency.
