基于小波分析和支持向量机的模拟电路故障诊断

摘    要:针对模拟电路故障诊断,采用基于小波分析和支持向量机的诊断测试方法,将方波信号作为输入信号激励电路,对电路的响应信号进行小波分析并提取信号的能量作为故障特征向量,并最终利用SVM的一对一多分类方法实现了故障分类。通过对ITC97中的Elliptical Filter电路仿真验证表明,方波信号能够比单频信号更好地激励电路故障,本文所采用的方法能够有效地应用于模拟电路的故障诊断测试中。

Abstract:In order to diagnose analog circuit,the method based on the wavelet analysis and SVM is proposed to diagnose analog circuit in the article.Analog circuit is powered by the quadrate signal,and fault characteristic is picked-up by wavelet energy distribution of response curve.Finally,fault samples are recognized by One-Versus-One of SVM.The Elliptical Filter of ITC97 is used for the faults simulation experiment,the result shows that the quadrate signal is better single frequency signal in powering circuit fault;the method that is proposed of the article is effective in the application to analog circuit fault diagnosis.
