| 摘 要： | 提出了一种新型的桥梁结构健康监测预警系统。对系统预警信息进行分级,通过基于GSM网络的SMS服务和Internet电子邮件服务,提供多种形式的远程及时预警,用户可以通过手机发送指令远程查询监测系统信息,通过Web登录预警系统进行远程人工预警和系统管理。系统由布设在桥梁监测中心的GSM通讯模块和短信预警主机、智能预警引擎模块、预警系统数据库、远程Web预警管理系统等部分组成。

| Abstract: | A novel system for health monitoring and warning of bridge structure is presented.The system could classify warning information,to provide various forms of remote timely warnings through the GSM,SMS and Email.The users can send instructions through the mobile phone and login the system through the Web to carry out remote manual warnings and system management.The system is divided into four parts： GSM communication module and SMS warning host at bridge monitoring center,intelligent warning engine module,warning system database and remote warning management system based on Web. |
