新型化学石膏保温砂浆配制与施工工艺

新型化学石膏保温砂浆是以玻化微珠为轻骨料配制而成。其保温隔热性能和抗裂性优良,施工和易性好且节能利废,可用于建筑内墙保温。组成材料主要为化学石膏、玻化微珠、高分子粘结剂、玻纤网格布等。该保温砂浆在内墙尤其是分户墙中的使用,不仅对集中供热体制改革以及分户用热计量收费起着积极的推动作用,而且由于砂浆中大量采用了工业废弃物化学石膏,环保意义显著。

PREPARATION AND CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF NEW CHEMICAL GYPSUM THERMAL INSULATION MORTAR

The new chemical gypsum thermal insulation mortar is prepared taking vitrified microsphere as lightweight aggregate that is good in thermal insulation, crack resistance, and construction workability as well as energy saving and making use of waste, and it can be used for building internal wall thermal insulation. Its main constituents are phosphogypsum, vitrified microsphere, macromolecule binding agent and fiber. The application of the thermal insulation mortar to interior wall, especially party wall, not only plays an important role in the promotion of central heating supply system reform and household-based heat metering and charging systems; but also has profound significance in protecting the environment, because a great quantity industrial waste desulphogypsum has been adopted in the mortar.
