| 摘 要： | 介绍隧道式盘条表面处理生产线的布置形式、产能、生产流程及生产工艺。给出隧道式盘条表面处理生产线的纵向剖面图和生产工艺流程图。介绍活化、磷化、皂化、中和、干燥等工序的原理、工艺参数及相关配套设施。生产运行表明,该生产线酸洗、磷化技术成熟,质量优良,环境污染小。
