摘    要:PMOS-2000发电市场技术支持系统是适合中国发电市场模式的技术支持系统,预计划处理子系统是发电市场技术支持系统的核心.详细介绍了预计划处理子系统的设计规则、作用和功能.总结了该系统在浙江发电市场中的应用情况,给出了系统的输出结果.实际运行表明预计划处理子系统运行稳定、输出结果正确;为浙江发电市场的电力商业化运行提供了技术支持;为实时发电市场的正常运作提供了基础信息.

Abstract:Power market operator system (PMOS--2000) is the most compatible technique support system of Chinese powermarket. Pre-dispatch schedute disposal subsystem (PDS) is the core of PMOS-2000. The design rules, purpose and mainfunctions of PDS are presented in detail. The paper summarizes the application of PDS in Zhejiang generation electricitymarket and gives the output results. The practical operation results indicate that PDS has stable operating performance andcorrect output results, and it can provide technique support to the commercial operation of Zhejiang electricity market bysupplying the basic information for the normal operation of real--time generation electricity market.This project is supported by State Power Corporation of China (No. SPKJ018--01).
