摘    要:贵州醇酒厂在20世纪90年代是快速发展时期 ,年创利税上亿元 ,是贵州省重点白酒企业之一。近年来 ,全国白酒市场竞争白热化 ,几乎是浓香型白酒一统天下 ,在产品的开发上步入“低档化”怪圈 ,“浓香型”的广受欢迎将难免逐步受到排挤 ,白酒香型将回归多元化。鉴于此 ,贵州醇酒厂经过10多年的潜心研究 ,立足科技创新 ,开发高档次新产品 ,推出了优雅型“奇香贵州醇” ,在生产原料和风格上独树一帜 ,有可能在新世纪成为热点 ,成为消费时尚 ,亦将推动白酒业新的发展。(一平)

Abstract:Guizhouchun distillery is one of the key liquor-making enterprises in Guizhou Province with its annual taxes and benefits about 100 millions yuan during 1990s in its golden period of fast development. Luzhou-flavour liquors take the majority of the market share and its products development tends to be more cheaper, and the brutal competition in liquor field will diversify the liquor products which influences the status of Luzhou-flavour liquor. The development of " Guizhouchun with Specific Flavour " by years of hard research and new technologies will probably become hot focus and consumer-fad in new century and advance quicker development in liquor-making industry.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
