摘    要:针对PTA装置氧化反应器升降负荷过程中存在的滞后大、动态响应慢、非线性严重、回路间关联性强等控制难点,在多变量预测控制器基础上设计了自动升降负荷系统,极大提高了生产操作平稳度,降低了物耗和能耗及产品质量的波动,取得良好的控制效果和显著的经济效益。

Abstract:Because of long term delay,slow dynamic response,strong nonlinearity and the cross effects in the process of PTA oxidation reactor capacity variation, we design the auto system of PTA oxidation reactor capacity variation upon multivariable predictive control to increase operation stability,decrease material consumption and energy consumption,decrease quality variation, gain better control effect and great economic results.
