环氧树脂/蒙脱土/2-己基-4-甲基咪唑纳米复合材料的固化行为

摘    要:用动态扭振法研究了不同蒙脱土用量的环氧树脂/有机蒙脱土/2-己基-4-甲基味唑纳米复合材料的等温固化过程。随固化温度的提高,凝胶化时间tg和达最大固化速率的时间tg缩短,固化速率加快,Avrami速率常数k增大。蒙脱土的加入加速了环氧体系的固化反应,但对表现活化能的影响不大,对纳米复合材料的形成过程没有特殊的影响。用非平衡态热力学涨落理论对纳米复合材料的固化作了理论预估,与实验固化曲线能很好地吻合。

Abstract:The isothermal cure behavior of epoxy resin EP/organo-montmorillonite (Org-MMT) /2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole (2,4-EMI) intercalated nanocomposites containing various Org-MMT loadings have been investigated by the dynamic torsional vibration method (DTVM). With increasing the cure temperature, the gel time t__g and the time arriving at the maximum rate after the gel point t__i decreases, the cure rate is accelerated, and as well the Avrami rate constant is raised. The addition of Org-MMT speeds up the cure rate but has little effect on the apparent activation energy of cure reaction, indicating that it has no special effect on the forming process of nanocomposite. The non-equilibrium thermodynamic fluctuation theory was used to predict the cure process of the nanocomposite and the theoretical prediction was in good agreement with the experimental cure curves.
