风力机旋转风轮振动模态分析

摘    要:对水平轴风力机旋转风轮振动模态计算分析方法和影响固有频率计算结果的因素进行了研究。应用多体动力学的方法,探讨了旋转叶片动力刚化效应产生的原因;考察了叶片动力刚化效应以及玻璃钢/复合材料的各向异性性质对叶片振动模态的影响;通过自行开发的前处理软件建立叶片实体模型,运用ANSYS结构分析软件对所设计的600kW风力机旋转风轮的振动模态作了仿真分析,得到了风力机复合材料叶片动力刚化效应振动模态数值分析结果,并对结果进行了分析比较。

Abstract:The vibration modal analysis method and the influent factors of the natural frequency of the rotating rotor of horizontal axis wind turbine rotor blades were presented. The stiffening effect reasons of the rotating blades were first discussed, using the Multi-body dynamics method. The influence of the dynamic stiffening effect and the composite material anisotropy on the blade vibration mode were then analyzed. Finally, applying the developed fore processing software to build the actual FEA module of the rotor blades, the simulation analysis of the vibration mode of a 600kW HAWT rotating rotor were carried out using the ANSYS structural dynamic analysis software. The analysis results of the composite material blades considering stiffening effect were obtained and compared.
