| 摘 要： | 甘蔗细胞物理与化学诱变结合是甘蔗细胞工程育种的新途径。本文总结了多年来甘蔗细胞物理诱变与化学诱变相结合育种的新途径，提高了理化诱变育种的入选率，为甘蔗细胞工程育种开创了新途径。

| Abstract: | The mutation technique combining cytological physical inducing with chemical induc- ingwas a new approach to sugarcane cytological engineering breeding. Yearly-practice and ex- perienceof using mutation induced by combining the physical inducing with the chemical inducing incytological breeding were summarized. Results showed that the technique increassed the selec- tionrate of physical and chemical inducing mutation, and set up a new approach to suggarcanecy- tologial engineering breeding. |
