| 摘 要： | 指出在房屋建筑工程造价中,材料费一般占造价的60%~75%,房屋建筑工程施工中,材料费的控制尤为重要,着重论述了施工项目管理中材料费的主要控制措施,以合理使用建筑材料,提高施工企业的经济效益。
