基于数据采集仪的测控系统设计

摘    要:介绍了基于日本横河DC100数据采集仪和RS485总线构建的计算机测控系统,并以房间空调器焓差法性能检测实验系统为应用实例,从硬件结构和软件设计方面阐述了该系统的实现原理。此外,还对实时监控程序的设计进行了重点讨论。实践表明,系统性能稳定可靠,容错性强。

Abstract:Based on DC100(YOKOGAWA) data acquisition unit and RS485 interface bus, a computer measurement and control system was introduced in detail. The hardware structure and software design of a sample on a experimental system of air-conditionings performance test with enthalphy-difference method were presented as well. And then, the design of real-time monitor program was discussed emphatically. The facts show that the system performance is stable and credible, and has a strong fault tolerance.
