管道条件下超细煤粉尘的爆炸特性研究

摘    要:研究了4种不同粒径的超细煤粉尘在管道条件下的爆炸过程和爆炸特性.研究了超细煤粉尘爆炸前后工业成分及物理状态的变化;研究了煤粉尘的浓度和粒径对超细煤粉尘在管道条件下的最大爆炸压力及最大爆炸压力上升速率的影响规律.研究表明,随着煤粉尘粒径的减小,爆炸后产生的灰分减少,而最大爆炸压力越大,最大爆炸压力上升速率也越大.

Abstract:The explosive process and explosive characteristics of superfine coal dust with four kinds of different particle diameters are studied.The change of industrial compositions and physical state of superfine coal dust are investigated.The effects of concentration and particle diameter of coal dust on the largest explosive pressure and the largest ascending rate of explosive pressure are analyzed.It is indicated by the experiment that with the decrease of particle diameter of coal dust,the amount of dirt produced by explosion falls down;and that the larger maximum explosive pressure,the larger maximum ascending rate of explosive pressure.
