介入联合血管栓塞疗法治疗肝血管瘤的疗效

目的 探讨介入联合血管栓塞疗法治疗肝血管瘤的临床疗效.方法 将50例肝血管瘤患者按治疗方法的不同分为2组：观察组和对照组,每组25例.2组均采用平阳霉素碘化油混合乳剂进行治疗.在此基础上,观察组加用明胶海绵颗粒治疗.观察2组术后6、12个月肝血管瘤直径及临床疗效的情况.结果 观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（100.0% 比76.0%,χ2=3.728,P＜0.05）,观察组术后6、12个月肝血管瘤直径均明显小于对照组（t=4.268、3.872,均P＜0.05）.结论 平阳霉素碘化油混合乳剂联合明胶海绵颗粒治疗肝血管瘤疗效确切,改善了临床症状,无严重并发症,患者痛苦少,是一种理想的治疗方法.

Clinical Effect of Interventional Radiology Combined with Embolization Therapy in Liver Hemangioma

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interventional radiology combined with embolization therapy on hepatic hemangioma. Methods Fifty patients with hepatic hemangi- oma were treated with pingyangmycin lipiodol emulsion alone （control group,n = 25） or in combi- nation with gelatin sponge particles （observation group, n = 25）. Hepatic hemangioma diameter and curative effect were observed 6 and 12 months after treatment. Results Compared with con- trol group, embolization therapy with gelatin sponge particles increased total effective rate （100.0% vs 76.0% ,X2 =3. 728,P〈0.05）,and decreased hepatic hemangioma diameter 6 and 12 months after treatment （t=4. 268 and 3. 872,respectively;P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pingyangmycin lipiodol emulsion combined with gelatin sponge particles is an effective and ideal treatment for im- proving clinical symptoms,decreasing complications and reducing pain in patients with hepatic he- mangioma.
