心理支持治疗对产后抑郁症患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

目的 探讨心理支持治疗对产后抑郁症患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响.方法 选择30例产后抑郁症患者为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组15例.对照组仅给予舍曲林治疗,研究组患者则在对照组的基础上加用心理支持治疗.分别采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）于干预前和干预3个月后对患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪进行评估,并进行比较.结果 干预3个月后,2组患者SAS、SDS得分均较入组时明显降低,但研究组SAS和SDS得分分别为（45.40±5.10）、（46.00±4.18）分,明显低于对照组的（50.13±5.62）、（50.73±5.06）分,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 心理支持治疗能够明显改善产后抑郁症患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,疗效优于单用舍曲林治疗.

Influence of Psychological Support on Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Postpartum Depression

Objective To investigate the influence of psychological support therapy on anxiety and depression in patients with postpartum depression. Methods Thirty patients with postpar- tum depression were randomly treated with sertraline alone （control group, n= 15） or in combina- tion with psychological support therapy（experimental group,n= 15）. The anxiety and depression were assessed using Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） be- fore and after intervention for 3 months. Results The scores of anxiety and depression were sig- nificantly decreased by intervention for 3 months in all patients（P〈0.05）. Compared with control group,SAS and SDS scores significantly reduced in experimental group[-（45.40±5.10） vs （50. 13± 5.62） and （46.00±4.18） vs （50.73±5.06） ,respectively;P〈0. 051. Conclusion The combina- tion of psychological support therapy and sertraline is superior to sertraline alone for improving anxiety and depression in patients with postpartum depression.
