摘    要:实施有序用电管理工作是现阶段缓解电力供需矛盾,保障电力系统安全运行的需要。错峰专项计划是有序用电方案的重要组成部分。主要考虑季节错峰和日错峰建立了错峰计划优化模型,保障电网安全运行。

Abstract:The implementation of orderly power consumption management is required for alleviating the tension between power supply and demand, and guaranteeing the secure operation of the power system at present. And the plan of peak load shifting is an important part in it. This paper takes seasonal peak load shifting and daily peak load shifting into account, based on which, an optimal peak load shifting plan is built for the safety of grid.
