Rood技术联合运动想象疗法对脑卒中软瘫期患者NIHSS、FMA评分及ASS分级的影响

摘    要:目的 观察Rood技术联合运动想象疗法对脑卒中软瘫期患者神经功能缺损评分以及运动功能的影响.方法 48例脑卒中软瘫期患者,随机分为2组:对照组24例采用常规药物治疗、关节活动度(ROM)训练和低频电刺激;治疗组24例在接受常规药物治疗、ROM训练、低频电刺激的同时再加上Rood技术和运动想象疗法.治疗前和治疗后的第2周以及第4周对患者进行神经功能缺损(NIHSS)和Fugl-Meyer评分(FMA),并在4周后进行改良Ashworth评级(ASS).结果 治疗2周后,2组患者的NIHSS评分都有所下降,但治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而FMA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,治疗组的NIHSS评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组的FMA评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组Ashworth评级明显优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 Rood技术联合运动想象疗法可以促进脑卒中患者神经功能恢复,抑制软瘫期肢体痉挛,有效改善其运动能力.

Effects of Rood Technology Combined with Motor Imagery Therapy on NIHSS Score,FMA Score and ASS Grade in Stroke Patients with Flaccid Paralysis

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of Rood technology combined with motor imagery therapy on neural function defect and motor function in stroke patients with flaccid paralysis. Methods Forty-eight stroke patients with flaccid paralysis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 24 patients in each group. All patients received conventional drug therapy,joint range of motion(ROM) training and low frequency electrical stimulation. In addi- tion,patients in treatment group were treated with Rood technology and motor imagery therapy. The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score and Fugl-Meyer Motor Scale (FMA) score were determined before treatment and at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment. The modified Ashworth Scale(ASS) grade was evaluated 4 weeks after treatment. Results NIHSS score decreased in both groups after treatment for 2 weeks. Compared with control group,NIHSS score significantly reduced in treatment group (P〈0.05) ,but the difference in FMA score was not sig- nificant between the two groups(P〉0.05). After treatment for 4 weeks, significant differences in NIHSS and FMA scores were found between the two groups(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Moreover, Ashworth rating in treatment group was significantly better than the that in control group(P〈0. 01). Conclusion Rood technology combined with motor imagery therapy can promote the recovery of neurological function,inhibit limb spasticity and improve motor function in stroke patients with flaccid paralysis.
