直插式高温工业电视系统的优化和应用

摘    要:针对宝钢原有直插式高温工业电视系统存在的图像质量不佳、结构不合理、可靠性差、控制单元操作繁琐等技术缺陷,对其进行了优化,具体包括:采用高温光学镜头解决摄像机和镜头直接受到高温烘烤的问题;在防护罩外层内部设计冷却水导流槽避免局部过热;采用近红外成像技术提高图像质量,摒弃控制单元中繁琐且无用的接线和功能。现场应用后效果良好,图像清晰稳定,各项技术指标满足需求,系统运行可靠稳定。
