钨酸钠、碘化钾体系对双氧水分解反应的催化作用研究

摘    要:碘化钾和钨酸钠复合体系对双氧水的催化分解具有显著的协同增效作用.考察了催化剂各组分配比、催化剂浓度、碱浓度、以及温度等因素对催化双氧水分解速度的影响.当碘化钾与钨酸钠物质的量比为5∶5~6∶4时,催化活性最高.给出了催化反应的动力学方程,计算得到反应的Arrhen ius活化能Ea=24.4 k.Jmo l-1,并对催化反应机理进行了合理的推测.

Abstract:Potassium iodide and sodium tungstate was found to be effective catalytic system for hydrogen peroxide decomposition and had an obvious synergetic property.Other factors that might affect the rate of the decomposition such as the molar ratio of each composition,concentration of the catalyst,concentration of the base and temperature were explored.The complex catalytic system showed the highest activity at the molar ratio of potassium iodide and sodium tungstate between 5∶5 to 6∶4.The kinetic equation,and the Arrhenius activation energy Ea= 24.4 kJ·mo l-1 were given,and a reasonable reaction mechanism was proposed.
