摘    要:在自主研发的全位置管道焊接机器人基础之上,针对异型断面波纹管的特点,研究了一种异型断面波纹管自动焊接机器人,能实现波纹管现场组对、坡口加工及自动化焊接等问题.该机器人系统主要包括对管装置、焊接/切割控制系统、自动焊接/切割系统、焊接/切割自动执行装置.着重分析了其自动焊接执行机构,并在结构模型的基础上进行了运动仿真研究...

Abstract:Based on the self-researched all position pipeline welding robot,an automatic welding robot used for special-shaped pipeline is researched combined with the characteristics of sylphon beilowss.The system includes line-up clamp,welding/cutting control system,automatic welding/cutting system、automatic welding/cutting actuator.Automatic welding actuator is designed and simulated by MATLAB to verify it effective in this paper,lay the foundation for welding automation of special-shaped section pipeline.
