基于多工位级进模成形的簧片冲压工艺设计

摘    要:文章分析了某簧片的结构特点,提出了利用多工位级进模成形的方案.在此基础上,分析了利用级进模成形的难点所在,从而设计出合理的冲裁弯曲工位排样及工艺方案.在排样设计中,克服了细小凸模的强度、精度问题以及薄料精密冲裁过程中压伤等成形缺陷的问题.对同类产品加工有指导意义.
