大型模锻液压机的工作压力及工作缸布置分析研究

摘    要:通过对大型模锻液压机的液体工作压力选择、工作缸数量和布置型式的研究分析,并结合国内外400 MN以上大型模锻液压机的液体压力和缸布置型式、工作缸的数量及3种主要布置型式(三缸排列、九缸排列、五缸排列)与机架结构尺寸和液压系统之间的关系,确定了我国自主设计制造的800 MN大型模锻液压机的液体工作压力为63 MPa,工作缸数量和布置采用五缸梅花形排列型式。
