摘    要:主要论述了准确表征钢中非金属夹杂物颗粒的三维分析技术:定电量非水电解提取—电镜观察法。试验研究了不同电解体系下非金属夹杂物的提取效果,确定了弱碱性的2%TEA非水电解液可适用于电解提取大多数的钢中非金属夹杂物颗粒;通过样品大小、电解量控制、电流大小等电解参数的确定,确保所提取的夹杂物颗粒在电镜下的显微分析和统计计算;利用磁选将夹杂物颗粒与碳化物进行无损分离后,避免碳化物的干扰,在电镜下呈现清晰的三维立体形貌,使夹杂物具有更加准确的类型、粒度大小和化学组成;统计多个连续视场内夹杂物颗粒的数量以及粒径,经过与电解质量的换算,得到单位体积的夹杂物颗粒数量和某一尺度区间内粒径分布。最后阐明了定电量非水电解提取—电镜观察法并不能完全取代传统的定量金相法,在夹杂物的表征过程中,两种方法有着不同的应用。
