相变材料微胶囊的制备与性能表征

摘    要:以乳液聚合获得的苯乙烯(St)与共聚单体甲基丙烯酸(MAA)的共聚物做壁材,包覆相变材料正十八烷制备微胶囊,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)作乳化剂,探讨了乳化时间、交联剂、引发剂种类及用量对微胶囊制备的影响;采用扫描电子显微镜、差热-热重分析仪、差示扫描量热仪对制备的微胶囊进行性能表征,得到制备苯乙烯-正十八烷相变材料微胶囊的合适工艺.结果表明:乳化时间30 m in,采用质量分数1.8%的偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)做引发剂获得的微胶囊,成囊性和分散性好;添加二乙烯基苯(DVB)不利于成囊;微胶囊的壁材有一定的耐热性,且热焓值较理想,相变热焓约137.5 J/g.

Abstract:In the paper,phase-change material microcapsules(MicroPCMs) were prepared by using styrene(St) and methly acrylic acid(MAA) copolymer as coat of n-octadecane in emulsion polymerization.Sodium dodecyl sulphate(SDS) was selected as the emulsifier.The factors of emulsifying time,initiator type,initiator dosage,crosslinker in the process were discussed.Using scanning electron microscopy,differential thermal balance and differential scanning calorimeter,the performance of the prepared MicroPCMs was analyzed.The ...
