洛阳某金矿空压机节能系统方案设计

摘    要:文章对洛阳某金矿空气压缩机在生产过程中运行状况进行分析,从理论上进行空气压缩机能耗分析,得出了空气压缩机具有节能空间的结论;详细介绍了以变频器为驱动核心、采用压力变送器检测压力变化的空气压缩机恒压供气智能节能控制系统的硬件及软件设计.实际应用表明,该系统可实现空气压缩机恒压供气,且节能效果较明显.
